It's a very good address. People respect or easily identify you without you expending a lot of energy. You can separate the partnership or job and still have a good time with the brand. Since it's a huge organization, you're not going to have too many restrictions but directly reporting a few people. So it's a small world, inside a big world.

Dislikes

There's no room for growth. To be frank, this is the first time I'm working with people in mid-leadership who has zero ideas about what they are bound to achieve. I think sycophants, favoritism rule most of the time as the organization consists of individual units.

Work Details

There's no overtime or workload but of course there are unattainable targets to always keep you bullied.
