Very poor culture. No one wants to work, most of the people have spent 5-10 years in the company, have not grown in any skill and hence can't move to any other firm because no one will take them. Most of these people are in tech/engineering teams. Very poor tech teams, do poor quality work and take a lot of time. Company treats employees like shit. No perks for employees, HR is unresponsive and doesn't work. If you are ambitious and consider yourself competent/hard-working, this place is not for you. Appraisal cycle is not proper deliberately they do the appraisal late so if you resign before that they will bot give you variable they say it’s the oart of CTC but nobody gets more than 70%.
