- you would get to work on international projects - Respect for the knowledge you possess - Opportunities to gain knowledge on complete project life cycle in terms of cost and technology

- Very aggresive management which just demands for work - Person who works closer to the MD gets better attention . Many of the hard working employees are never identified and recognised - no allwances for additional working hours and no comp off for working on Saturday - the management lacks empathy. They just demand work, nothing else matters.

Worst culture I ever worked in.I thought initially that this is ' The thyssenkrupp'. The Indian management made it worst. Some baniya would have run this company better. They didn't had vision and approach. This was underworld like company where people didn't know if they will get back to home in the evening. Once you came to work you must sacrifice all your wealth( yes u read it right, they ask you to pay for travel, food on site) health, focus, confidence. I would never recommend this to anyone. Not even to my enemy. They have ruined life of their employees and will pay price for it....Read More
