1) MNC company but will feel like working in isolation and like local consultant. 2) Very Bad Politics played by the old employees and reporting Managers. 3) Lack of Reporting Managers skill, Lazy Peoples and too much dependent on subcontractor for engineering work. 4) No Supports for the new joinees and due to bad politics, try to raise issues and lot of intereference in the work with no directions. 5) Company is too much dependent on the Indian Projects. 6) Truly doing Traditional Engineering with no updation with latest technology. 7) Old Employees working like in Government Company.
