Nothing to like as such in current Management after Dr AVM sold the company to few shrewd businessmen.

Office Politics, Regionalism, Management treat employees as labors/race horses ,HR is incompetent, Trainers are untrained, No one knows why they are doing what they are doing ,Over time is must and leaving on time is seen as slacking, No one takes feedback of employees. There are people working over here with 20 Years exp and less than 5lpa compensation, Hire n Fire policy. Cutting salary of employees through flexible CTC structure and wasting the money on useless corporate parties for the top cream management employees. 6 days working on paper, but 90 % staffs work 7 days with compulsory OT, for which they don't get paid OT allowances. Engineering Department Specially Manager Rashaker Panday and Sadik Fattu Fakir are worst and unfit for the role for their post. No sense attol how to maintain Engineer Department. I was shocked how this Sadik Fattu Fakir is zonal manager without any skills and knowledge. He is unfit for Thyrocare.

Totally a hire and fire company. Beware of join the same no respect no work culture, transfers you any time without any notice and without and relocation compensation or assistance, Bunch of HR you even didn't know to whom you have to contact, and HR head is biased not listen to employ only listen to you at the time of joining and interview after that they only threat you.

Right now I m working PUNL location .there is only one thing that is house keeping staff . House keeping staff is not present as per duty. Absence that sometimes lab is not cleaned looking very bad condition. And our management not taking any action on that .. and one more this we have pantry room which is very very poor . Not cleaned.
