Nothing to like. You will just suffer from the day you join Thyrocare. There is nothing to learn. Worst employers. Poor people coming from other states so that they can support their families, i request them not to stay away for family just to work like slave for Thyrocare.

They are just focusing on the freshers for recruitment. So for all freshers this becomes the first and worst experience for job. You will be just suppressed by you seniors. Also the senior might have spent just 5-6 months in company. They may take all credit of your work irrespective of your awareness. No free food will be given. You might have to skip tea breaks and lunch breaks just to take the prints for senior. Actually senior does nothing. He/She just takes the credit of all the work done. Without any prior knowledge you might be asked to leave company, change department, work on field, etc. For example, from customer support to lab to business development to customer support again. There is no value of your qualification. Seniors just keep dominating and manipulating you irrespective of your creative ideas. You will have to pay for single cup of tea. Worst experience. Teammates just play politics. Salary/Appraisal just depend on your seniors or managers not your performance. There is no scope for career growth since it just depends on the mood of the management. Work is environment is worst. You are just allowed work 9 hours continuously, extended to 14-16 hours without any over time. Work pressure may affect your health and then to you wont be given leave. Company may not give you office number. So you might have to share your personal number to clients. And the clients may be of any type like calling or messaging you late night.
