Everything, especially the work culture there. There is an unique patriarchal hierarchy system, which makes the your mate your RA. Then they give every rights to them to harrass you mentally. Even they shout on you infornt of whole office and everyone there enjoying. They call the system L1, L2 and so on. There no professionalim at thyrocare at all. No work life balance, No increament, No recognition. You have to the Job from 07:00 AM to 2:00 AM (working hour is only 9hrs but they force you to take follow-up for the consignment reached or not). Will not suggest anyone to join thyorcare. If you have no option just strat begging on street rather than doing job at thyrocare. No one knows anything about there role in thyrocare, they just know how to shout. This is not ends here, there is a department in thyrocare which issues memo to staff named Personal development. PD will even issue a guidelines regarding the use of washroom. They check everyone is anyone has not wear formal cloths. If they found casual dressing they directly issue a memo against the individual. Memo means no promotion, salary will be hold. And if anyone gets 3 memo then ATL will be issue to the respective staff. Manager will shout like you have done some crime. The shouting is that immense that if someone is not so, mentally srrong. Might commit suicide. So, anyone don't wish to go through the hell my kind request is to not join the thyrocare at any cost 🙏. This is my humble request to everyone. There is no fix salary hike culture in the organisation, the seniors will get the hike in twice a year and juniors will not even get a single paisa hike in 2-3 years. And if there is hike time, they will deduct the salary amount of the field staff such runnes and phlebotomist. To give the hikes to other staff. The main source of revenue of thyrocare is not selling test and doing test. But to find the mistakes of franchisee, field staff and other labs and penalise them and incurred penlty on them. Even a field staff has died in the covid pandemic. They have not given a single paisa to his family. The field staff has wife and 6 month old toddler.
