I wish I could find a remember just one such thing which I can mention here to motivate other to join this organization but somehow I can't push anyone in a well or pit by writing false appreciation.

This is a Family and Friend organization where Mr. CEO's wife is Head of HR and employee engagement and Childhood friend is like a master card who things who can fit into any role and can do anything so basically entire organization is running on Mrs. CEO and friends. You cant say no to these people as if you say no or suggest something better then them for the organizational growth and betterment you would be the TARGET. They would make sure they torcher you so much that you would be under trauma of what wrong you have done. Even they are not afraid of giving threats and would take all possible steps to destroy your career and professional life. They would either ask you to leave or terminate and promise to pay you the salary and compensation for layoff which they wont do ever. They would also take all assets back from you but wont provide you any receipt and after wards they would deduct the asset amount from you FNF. I would just suggest to think about 1000 times before joining this organization as not the entire management is not trust worthy and they can throw you out anytime (no matter how good or outstanding you are performing) as soon as they get someone more economical that you....Read More
