They offer contract basis job for freshers, the job position is called Contractor. Freshers are not taken directly as Thomson Reuters employee, their payroll is managed by some third party contract company. Contractors can be fired out of company with just 30 days notice period without reason. Freshers come under 6 month contract period, and can be made full time employee only after 6 months, or the contract period may extend for an year or more which is annoying. This was the reason why I quit this company, you never know when they make you full time employee, or remove you out of the company.
