The work life balance is good. You don't feel day to day pressure working here. The managers and directors here are chill and just want the job get done. No micro-management+benefits.

Dislikes

Apart from work culture, benefits nd balance being there, the only issue I find is the growth. Your personal growth rate will get very low as time progresses. You will find yourself stuck in the same role, same salary, same work for eternity.
