Thermax is the good company but unfortunately their promotions and appraisal system are very poor and if you are working hard, honest, followed all the policy and procedures and internally they are not promoted for the next level and other anon person recruit with higher salary as well as higher designation.

Safety culture is the thing I like the most. I have learnt more about safety as shift incharge which is the good thing in the thermax

Dislikes

The corruption in thermax is the thing I hate it. Like, during bonus, I have get about Rs 20000 on paper but i received only Rs 10085 as a bonus. The Rs 10000 I not received yet. Pls Help me to get my due bonus amount

Shift manpower not maintain to constant due lot of time and all employees are resigned daily do the duty 12hrs suffering. I am suggesting to please maintain the proper man power
