if you are in right division and with right bosses then you may enjoy working here.

lack of strategic planning at all levels. next gen leaders are yet very raw and most of them are working focusing on short terms. also total cost, total quality, best of engineering, automation in mfg, etc..is loosing focus..rather mgrs know it but fail in implementing the same.. IT and ERP systems are not with current times.. most of them working on same levels hirarcies are remaining on paper.
