Many of old Thermaxian resist to changes... Lot of groupism Pramotion policies are not structured Growth opportunities are very limited

Too much politics, no work life balance, way too much micromanagement, no appreciation for work. Harass you at the time of appraisals. Old staff doesn’t let new person to settle in. Not very tech friendly.
