Thermax is the good company but unfortunately their promotions and appraisal system are very poor and if you are working hard, honest, followed all the policy and procedures and internally they are not promoted for the next level and other anon person recruit with higher salary as well as higher designation.

Everything is a dislike here. I regret joining this company. No supportive managers only want to rule as per their own terms. No flexibility in job. You can no put your methods they force you to follow them.

Safety culture is the thing I like the most. I have learnt more about safety as shift incharge which is the good thing in the thermax

The corruption in thermax is the thing I hate it. Like, during bonus, I have get about Rs 20000 on paper but i received only Rs 10085 as a bonus. The Rs 10000 I not received yet. Pls Help me to get my due bonus amount
