No matter how u work and contribute. Everyone will have same salary. Roles like Lead ,associate is for name sake. Don't be amused if your lead you might be rating for someone who has more salary than you. Leads /manager they just talk wonderfully. But they don't care for your worklife balance. Don't be amused your manager might call you at 11 or 12 in night for help ,and sometimes they also make you to call to your peers (since they want to get safe and play safe). True colours come out once you put down your papers. They torture you like anything. Mathco as a company is good if you want to learn....Read More
