I love the work culture working with The Times of India, their contemporary style of working. Also that they have amazing people at senior level under whose mentorship people can learn and grow.

Dislikes

Before Covid, we didn't have the hybrid mode of working. I had a kid and I had no one to take care of her thus I left my job. Otherwise I would have continued to work with The Times of India. Their infrastructure for single mothers or mothers with more responsibilities should have been more friendly.

Some people are in system for more than 5 years, they think they are heroes, Boss insults you in front of team, no support from ur managers except grilling, worst environment to work, demotovating mangers sitting in their comfort zone.

Since I am associated with this company for more than 14 years for defending the company cases in patna High court, civil court patna and Labour court patna as such I can say that excellent work culture is there.
