TMS is in a retail sales where they have to satisfy our customer in any manner like after sale service, prices, product authencity etc. I believe in mobile retail industry The Mobile store is best as off now. There is hardly anything which can be described as likeable in company .. in starting of its operations company adopted very professional approach and had good HR practices. Later in its after change in management everything become worst . They're working like Lala company where no one had any job threats...salary was not coming on time . Long working hours . This is very good and Professional Company For learning,very good Team mates,Excellent Incentive Programme,Innovative Scheme,If you left out some Sr Manager,Area Manager,(Those who play politics)otherwise it very good company

Last some of years this company work environment is pet ethic very bad and undeserved employee hire in The Mobile Store (Specially Area managers) no experience,no Knowledge about how to behave with Junior Staff.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
