I had an extremely negative experience working at Minds Journal Pvt Ltd. The company’s management, led by Director Sakshi Choudhary, was unfair and unprofessional. I was shocked and disappointed when, on December 10, I received an email informing me that I had been terminated from the company as of November 1 – more than a month after I had been working there. To make matters worse, I was not paid for the work I had done during that time. This situation was not only frustrating but also stressful, as I had no prior warning or communication about any issues with my performance. The lack of transparency and communication from the company was appalling. The email informing us of our termination was a cold and impersonal way to end our employment, and it left us in a difficult financial position without any explanation or support....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. The Director Sakshi is a rude & arrogant person, disturbs the employee affecting the productivity of work resulting in toxic work culture, which at the end affects the mental health too. I Had an extremely un pleasant experience with this company, particularly with the director, Sakshi. On December 10th, I received an email stating that I had been fired retroactively, effective November 1st, after I had already worked for the company for over a month. This is not only unethical but outright deceitful. I have not been paid for my work, and I'm not the only one.
