I had an extremely negative experience working at Minds Journal Pvt Ltd. The company’s management, led by Director Sakshi Choudhary, was unfair and unprofessional. I was shocked and disappointed when, on December 10, I received an email informing me that I had been terminated from the company as of November 1 – more than a month after I had been working there. To make matters worse, I was not paid for the work I had done during that time. This situation was not only frustrating but also stressful, as I had no prior warning or communication about any issues with my performance. I Had an extremely un pleasant experience with this company, particularly with the director, Sakshi. On December 10th, I received an email stating that I had been fired retroactively, effective November 1st, after I had already worked for the company for over a month. This is not only unethical but outright deceitful. I have not been paid for my work, and I'm not the only one.
