The management mainly is by Ritesh Chaudhary and Sakshi Chaudhary. Madam is extremely helpful and takes care of the employees in a healthy way. She follows the open door policy with everyone. She is really the best boss I ever worked for in my 20 years of career. She is very flexible and always ready to help us.

Mr Ritesh Chaudhary is actually a tyrant. He behaves very badly with employees and never thinks before insulting and threatening employees openly and very abusive with language. He fired a lot of employees just on his whims. Right now he is making his family problem directly to the office and started abusing madam and the other employees openly and even threatening employees to terminate if they are not in support with his behaviour. He always wants to run on divide and rule policy and have no respect for teamwork. I just want to mention, those who are reading the negetive reviews about Ms Sakshi Chaudhary, I would want them to notice the dates. The recent ones are almost posted on near about 26 th December and language is almost the same. Any smart person will understand that all those are being written to bad mouth the company and is actually drafted and forcefully and influenced by Ritesh Chaudhary and posted by him only and by the people who were assisting him and were fired on integrity issue to support Ritesh Chaudhary. So any intelligent person will know by the style of writing of the review itself, I wanted to share the truth with everyone so would encourage people to work under Ms Sakshi Chaudhary and not with Ritesh Chaudhary. The Director Sakshi is a rude & arrogant person, disturbs the employee affecting the productivity of work resulting in toxic work culture, which at the end affects the mental health too. Worst Job Experience Ever - A Toxic Work Environment I would highly advise anyone to stay far away from Minds Journal Private Limited. As an employee, my experience was nothing short of miserable. The management is completely disorganized and lacks basic leadership skills. There’s no communication, no support, and zero recognition for hard work. They demand long hours but offer no appreciation or fair compensation in return. The office culture is toxic, with constant micromanagement and a lack of transparency. Employees are treated as disposable, and any attempts to provide feedback or suggest improvements are ignored. The stress and negativity in the workplace made it an incredibly unhealthy environment, and I eventually had to leave for my own well-being. I left due to rude behaviour on part of the owner. They did not pay me for the 15 days I worked for them due to some weird rule that writers do not get paid if they leave during probation. They are now using all my contents and posts without crediting me for it. Lastly the owner will find fault in all your work, never let you speak and whenever you say something her favourite term for it is Excuses! That too when 6 of my articles that I wrote for them ranked among the top 100 articles on their site. On top of that you have to sit glued to your laptop due to the work tracker they have.
