I had an extremely negative experience working at Minds Journal Pvt Ltd. The company’s management, led by Director Sakshi Choudhary, was unfair and unprofessional. I was shocked and disappointed when, on December 10, I received an email informing me that I had been terminated from the company as of November 1 – more than a month after I had been working there. To make matters worse, I was not paid for the work I had done during that time. This situation was not only frustrating but also stressful, as I had no prior warning or communication about any issues with my performance. The lack of transparency and communication from the company was appalling.
