The company was good this is wht i used to hear before joining but when i joined everyone here yelled at this company. Management is pathetic. They think they are above everything even the law it seems. I’m not sure if RATAN TATA sir knows Wht exactly is happening in ihcl. I’m sure he would have never supported such kind of thingsunder his rule. This is not the TATA company which he and his family built it. I can never forget how bad i felt working in this company. Having the benefits, not being able to avail them most of the time due to lack of week offs, on a busy schedule despite having a fully functional workforce. Not all hotels follow it, but the management on the lowest level sure isn't efficient enough to take care of it. Exceeded working hours lead to exhaustion and hence there is no work life balance.
