If I talk about my area, I was posted in Uttar Pradesh. The situation here is very bad. RSM and ASM are dictators here. They treat sales officers like untouchables and misbehave. They do not support us and if we ask any question, we become the worst.

There are no rules or regulations here. New joiners are not allowed to settle in by their managers. Managers don't go to the field themselves but ask team leaders to visit village areas. We are expected to work 24 hours with excessive travel and no safety for girls. During interviews, they paint a rosy picture, but the reality on the field is different. There's a lot of politics, and old-timers are comfortable in their zones. You can only survive here by flattering them, and no one resolves any issues.
