There are no rules or regulations here. New joiners are not allowed to settle in by their managers. Managers don't go to the field themselves but ask team leaders to visit village areas. We are expected to work 24 hours with excessive travel and no safety for girls. During interviews, they paint a rosy picture, but the reality on the field is different. There's a lot of politics, and old-timers are comfortable in their zones. You can only survive here by flattering them, and no one resolves any issues. It was like a nightmare for me. Organization culture is very poor as well as their working processes and office culture is ton of toxicity. After the resigned they took 4months to do the settlement. Even in if you're in leave they will never thought twice to harras you. During the market visit time BM used the slang to their employee. Never ever will suggest to join the organization.
