Nothing..Just rude managers..They ask for 2lacs /sometimes service agreement of 3lacs from candidates & then the actual harassment takes place

No work life balance..People are treat ill-mannered..Those who are close to managers they can only survive

Nothing..Worst decision of my life ever.. If you want to face depressing manager,chaotic work life balance & rude stakeholders this is a heaven place for you.. HR manager is a big time fraud..Implementing all kind of unethical practices to torture resources.

Dislikes

Everything..There is nothing in this company to like..No growth opportunities. FYI-Your job is safe if you start going to managers home for a drink.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
