The only thing to like about is WFH gives you flexibility.

The management is not professional. There is a difference between people from South and rest of India. People from South specially from Telangana gets a better treatment than rest. Also the company us poorly structured. The benefits if perks of the employees are absolutely nothing for remote employees.

There is a bond of 2 and half year which you cannot resign, if you want to break it you need pay 3L INR to the company. There are lot of politics and management doesn't address any of the issues which you are facing by clients.
