Based on my 4yrs experience I can say that The Corinthians Resort is best hotel to to work, good management team, lot's of opportunities to learn and explore self experience.

Property is an Excellent, after renovation looking better than any Five Star Resort. Property having huge open lawns and Biggest banquets venues. Employees Benefits are in place such as Cafeteria, Service charges, Bonus and Rewards.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address's our issues. salary is decent but career growth is very slow. Seniors never accept new joiners and not treating good. Many employees are leaving job within one week. No value for loyal workers and qualified employees.

Struggled lot, working hours too much ( 13 to 15hrs daily), Accommodation is not good, cafeteria food is not upto mark. No recognition for good work. No trainings at all. Seniors always use abusive language but we are helpless.

Giving 1 star cuz there is no "minus" Option.. Please hoteliers join road side dhaba but not this hotel... You are not employee to them you are slave.

No Weekly off, No staff, working daily 15 hours duty, Full Resort running by casuals. No extra payment, Full Gaali Galoz, HR Reddy sir left no body asking employees problems. Every one talk big no one support.
