I have been working in this institution for a good few months now and all that I can say is that the support, nurturing towards my goals and encouragement that I have received from the boss as well as my seniors has been absolutely ineffable. I started my career as an HR from this company. It has been a wonderful journey here. The colleagues were very professional. I learnt a lot of things here. A great place to start your career as a HR. They are patient teaching and very supportive.

Dislikes

I enjoyed my time here both learning and having fun. They welcomed me with open hands and did guide me my entire tenure. There is nothing I dislike about 'The career coach'.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The boss is completely manipulative. Doesn't acknowledge employee's performance. And the work culture is completely toxic. Always taunts for the salary. I worked there for 1.5 years but never got the respect in return. Seniors are not even polite to the juniors. Had a terrible experience from there. It is not a professional work culture, employees working there are only wasting their time. If you have no ambition in life, go ahead and join the black hole that is The Career Coach....Read More
