Working like as a family, there is no boss like there are leaders who teach me alot. There is no point to demotivate in the Belgian waffles co leader and our senior are very helpful for us. They take one on one to clean the issues. Thank you so much for your support

The HODs here in the company are playing dirty politics among them selves and thinking of only their development and promotions. Lot of scams have been reported which were done by the HODs. Team game is there people who works hard are paid less and people who does buttering the entire day in the office are over paid. POSH cases havenot been tackled honestly. A lady employee was harassed by the department head and she even showed bravery by filing a complaint on POSH but the HR and HODs mutually settled it with out any action on the culprit....Read More

Like the light atmosphere maintained in the office, Good working culture, everyone is so supportive, we have indoor playing games like carrom, UNO cards, PS, Every month there is dedicated day for fun activities, fun segments, Rewards & Recognition, Snacks & all. Saturday & Sunday's are off Flexible timings.

Nothing much to dislike here in the office, only thing is we've little less space for cafeteria.

Nothing to dislike from the company. General travelling to office and back takes up a lot of time. Again! that depends on where the person is travelling from.
