The company being a startup provided alot of practical and onground experience. Was always open to trust the employee with any additional responsibilities he/ she wants to take up and learn in the ongoing process.

Dislikes

Doesnt value old employees even after they have been in the organization for a very long period. Increaments and work pressure are not proportional to the salary being paid to you.

Like the light atmosphere maintained in the office, Good working culture, everyone is so supportive, we have indoor playing games like carrom, UNO cards, PS, Every month there is dedicated day for fun activities, fun segments, Rewards & Recognition, Snacks & all. Saturday & Sunday's are off Flexible timings.

Nothing much to dislike here in the office, only thing is we've little less space for cafeteria.
