Like the light atmosphere maintained in the office, Good working culture, everyone is so supportive, we have indoor playing games like carrom, UNO cards, PS, Every month there is dedicated day for fun activities, fun segments, Rewards & Recognition, Snacks & all. Saturday & Sunday's are off Flexible timings.

Nothing much to dislike here in the office, only thing is we've little less space for cafeteria.

The most positive part about The Belgian Waffle Co culture and environment is the family atmosphere. This stems from many different things including enjoying work with the team, monthly activities, company outings.

Nothing to dislike from the company. General travelling to office and back takes up a lot of time. Again! that depends on where the person is travelling from.

Working like as a family, there is no boss like there are leaders who teach me alot. There is no point to demotivate in the Belgian waffles co leader and our senior are very helpful for us. They take one on one to clean the issues. Thank you so much for your support
