Dislikes

The management and role is quite biased in India. A lot of manual work, and biases exist in the Org. The people in higher positions in India are not evolved much to for engagement and team building. If you're hired as a contract emp. it is a big pain as it's difficult to take the perm. position. You're required to work late to showcase you're hardworking.
