What I like about this company is that everyone is friendly and encouraging. Good place to start the career. It used to have lots of cultural activities. They provide one wfh per week. We can learn more in this environment. Flexible working hours. Well experienced mentors.

The company doesn’t provide any perks. The promotions and appraisals are not that great. They are in cost cutting situation.
