Company is good & salary also best in Pump Industry. Leading in Pump market with own R&D. No, much Sale's pressure. Branches environment is too good. Company's strength is it's legacy, rules, ethics, & policies. Salary on time.

Routine work, No promotion, Job relocation, Fear of Job. Every year they make fear to their branch employees, branch in loss, will be close shortly. No Periodically training. Less leave.
