The management is not good its very poor and hr is so terrible 😔 because hr 🤥 lied with joining employees in kandla unit because as in my opinion the says different things when you give an interview but reality is different, after joining date they says different and behaviour is also so horrible because hr don't behaviour good with new joinner. The hr manager behaviour is not good with joinner and they didn't recruit by there there qualifications. When i join the company after some times i realised that they don't hired me on engineer post they hired me on fitter they don't think that the person which we hiring he is mechanical graduate they don't respect the qualification.
