I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Its management is transparent to employee, gaining knowledge is good to know, management never listen to work idea. Management asks about saving in every 3 months.

Dislikes

Due to poor management at kandla for both HR/Unithead/engineering head attrition level is very high ,working culture is very bad even feel like hell, there is no provision of Canteen ,tea at all,never look into ground reality ground staff.there is no yearly increment also.

Worst department is supply chain, preference given to 1- Preferred Bengali guy 2- ISWBM guy 3- relative 4- old company colleges will hire from unilever 5- promotion to own circle guy
