Texmo industries most of the time is process driven company and everybody job profile is clearly define there. You may learn many things here if you keen to do well in your life. A good platform to do better in your life.

Career growth opportunities is very less here. working hours more due to heavy work load on every individual working here. lot of process and formats become a simple work rather tough to perform. No value for innovative ideas as there all work environment based on single power resource who driven company on dictate values. Not a good pay master as negotiate with employees in most of the things like leaves / appraisal etc. No medical insurance / family care or any other facilities provide here and here all these you need to take from your pocket only which deduct from your salary....Read More

Texmo Industries established in 1956, renowned company in pumps manufacturing & marketing company of Coimbatore & leader in the market, focused on quality products & quality work, culture is so hygiene, work satisfaction is also very good & healthy, Having very good, loyal & dedicated dealers strength, just they need to focus on perks & incentive along with few key facilities.

Dislikes

Perks & incentives need to increase, Key facilities need to increase, Need to focus on empowerment & training programs of employees, offices should be more modernize with office boy facilities.

It was fantastic job experience in Texmo Industries but future growth in term of designation is packed & limited.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
