The company is always focused on fresh ideas and implementing it. Since its a manufacturing unit production with quality is primary. Employee safety is prior so no one is asked to work after 8 hours of duty. Based on our performance discipline in work environment appraisal are made and its a average hike only.

Management doesn't concentrate on employee feedback, what ever the information heard from spy people they have been taken decision accordingly. A true employee couldn't survived in that company. As employee you don't expect promotion and skill training etc
