Texmo industries most of the time is process driven company and everybody job profile is clearly define there. You may learn many things here if you keen to do well in your life. A good platform to do better in your life.

Career growth opportunities is very less here. working hours more due to heavy work load on every individual working here. lot of process and formats become a simple work rather tough to perform. No value for innovative ideas as there all work environment based on single power resource who driven company on dictate values. Not a good pay master as negotiate with employees in most of the things like leaves / appraisal etc. No medical insurance / family care or any other facilities provide here and here all these you need to take from your pocket only which deduct from your salary....Read More
