Irrespective of many dislikes, i have personally seen good learning scope.Which is the only reason for me to continue working with this organisation till now.

Dislikes

Work pressure is extremely high, most of the time we have to work 13-14 hrs as management by default expects people to work on multiple projects.Even after putting huge efforts, there was no proper recognition.

Timely salary , and wfh during covid , except that Nothing positive about this company

Dislikes

It is totally a fraud company , they do not know how to respect their employees. Micromanagement Hire first then make them resign policy is very common Manager reviews are biased and partial All other positive reviews are fake and posted by people loyal to company No Employee Perks Weekend work is common Late night calls are common Company has a very high attrition rate and people say it is because of policies of HR management.
