New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

I've really enjoyed my time here because of the positive work environment and the emphasis on growth and development. The company invests a lot in its employees by providing training on new technologies. There are always opportunities to upskill, and I've learned a lot since joining. Promotions and appraisals are based purely on performance, which feels fair and motivating-it's refreshing to work somewhere where merit matters more than favoritism. The work-life balance is great, and I've never felt pressured to stretch beyond work hours. I also appreciate the quarterly employee recognition programs, which include a cash prize, that keeps morale high and make you feel valued. Like any company, there are some area for improvement. Sometimes communication across different teams could be more streamlined to avoid misunderstandings. Another area that could be enhanced is the benefits package. While it's decent, adding more options related to health and wellness, or flexible working arrangements, could go a long way in enhancing employee satisfaction. Lastly, while the workload is generally manageable, there are times when deadline can feel tight, and some more proactive planning could help balance the demands across the team more evenly.
