Like any company, there are some area for improvement. Sometimes communication across different teams could be more streamlined to avoid misunderstandings. Another area that could be enhanced is the benefits package. While it's decent, adding more options related to health and wellness, or flexible working arrangements, could go a long way in enhancing employee satisfaction. Lastly, while the workload is generally manageable, there are times when deadline can feel tight, and some more proactive planning could help balance the demands across the team more evenly.
