The company culture is really bad. People in higher positions look down on employees. There is a lot of micro-management, which makes the work environment stressful. There is a communication gap and constant blame games between different teams. They make employees work on weekends and don't give them salary comp off for that. When Ileft, I was entitled to receive comp off for weekend duty, but a few days before I left, they changed the policy and didn't even inform me. When I asked for the comp off at the time of f & f, they said I was not eligible because the policy had been changed. In the beginning, they say something, but as you start working there, they give you a lot of mental stress and harassment as if you are in school. I would not recommend joining testbook if someone wants to work in a healthy and positive work environment....Read More

The VP is a Boss not a leader. They will only see their benefit. Employees are just taken for granted. If you get in any trouble with the VP then you forget the promotion. Only favorites will get promoted. You can join company after the VP's are changed. It was all good when Ashutosh sir were there. If the VP's are changed then many things will change.
