However , we would like to emphasise that our work culture is excellent, working 5 days a week and 8.5 productive hours a day , All major festival holidays , around 20 leaves a year, longitivity bonuses, birthday celebrations, unlimited snacks , tea coffee for every employee , award function and company lunch / dinners thrice a year , work from home flexibility, after all these celebrations , work hours and flexiblities ,some one's work life becomes imbalance, then , we doubt, if any Company is suitable for employment to such employee .
