However, we do find it contradictory that you've described our management /leaders as 'toxic' , despite being part of a high-performing team and best of the colleague , with minimal attrition. The team remains best, only when, the management is best and choose the best employee. Our team has been consistently growing at 100% rate with new members joining almost every couple weeks. Team enjoy our positive and flexible work culture and so they are productive and grow in every aspects very quickly. Our leave policies are highly competitive and aligned with industry standards, ensuring our employees receive ample time to recharge and attend to personal matters. Although we've made concerted efforts to foster a positive work culture, it's unfortunate to hear that you've identified several areas of dislikes. We have noted your feedback and would work to improve ourselves wherever needed. We wish you get the best of the opportunity in your future endeavours.
