Nothing well planned 3. mostly hire freshers and they only have 1-2 years of experienced people that is why It is very difficult to learn something new. 4. very low skill projects and those projects are useless for future offices. 5. Hr, Project manager, director they all have negative attitude. 6. they cutyour salary for no reason. 7. no proper policies and policies keep changing without informing us. 8. very negative work culture 9. employees are slave for the management 10.
