Tesco is kind of work life balance company with a great experience in working in retail and may be e-commerce domain. The good thing about Tesco is good technology, work life balance and good people. The bad thing is that promotion in higher position is little challenging.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. No pros , I can think of. It is good company if you know/like buttering:)

Dislikes

No pros , I can see here, worst work culture I have seen in my life. Here you can't fight with your manager/HoSd, they will take it as personal grudge and you will be on radar everytime they can fire you with silly reasons. No freedom of speech. HRs are dumb, won't listen to you. You probably will never interact with them. No goodies, no appreciations nothing.
