None - It was my mistake to join Tesco, I had another offer but I joined this company because it has given me more package. I left the company in a year. I must have left it in the first month of my joining.

1. People are not honest they change their statements. 2.Old employees have lot of insecurities don't help new employees to settle down well. 3.No work life balance - some rules are applicable only on new employees. 4.Frequent Layoffs, with out any reasons. 5. If your manager thinks you should be fired, you will be fired! 6. Gettinggood yearly rating is not a security, after getting good rating - your manager can fire you on the name of performance. 7. HR department is VERY WEEK, they support only management not the Employees. 8. Tesco try to hire out station immediate joiners, as they don't know about its culture and don't have time to do research about it. 9. Giving more salary is also a trap, it will be the reason to fire you, after the project work will be finished. 10. No pros , I can think of. It is good company if you know/like buttering:)

No pros , I can see here, worst work culture I have seen in my life. Here you can't fight with your manager/HoSd, they will take it as personal grudge and you will be on radar everytime they can fire you with silly reasons. No freedom of speech. HRs are dumb, won't listen to you. You probably will never interact with them. No goodies, no appreciations nothing.

It is one of the best place to work and it gives you the best work life balance. Managers and colleagues are really very friendly. Plus if you are someone who is looking for an opportunity to grow within the organisation the company gives you the freedom to move into different domain and team as per your interest and dedication.

It's a struggle to find a lateral opportunity in India. So unless you have a extremely supportive manager out of India, who sponsors your movement out of India, it's just impossible to move into different roles or grow.
