IN FP&A Function, its too bad due to following reasons: 1. Outsiders are unwelcomed 2. Sr. Manager are quite hostile, they take you work and project it as theirs and then have least work ethics 3. Most of the colleagues who have been there for more than a decade are least helpful, and management usually trust them despite they are wrong 4. Not a great people company as people's opinion hardly matters. 5. When I worked i didn't see any leadership vision 6. No empathy while we all are struggling in Pandemic 7.
