Everything, the company is so pathetic that I don't even feel like give it 1 Star as well. No work life balance, a lot of discrimination, not a good place to work, really disappointed. Tesco doesn't follow its own value, employees are never treated as the want to be, for example a team get together is also divided into 2, team dinner and team lunch. One the day of joining we were told we'll get our joining goodies but it's been 7 months we are still due for it. We don't have proper management, no work ethics no professionalism, though it's. Huge campus but no hygiene, management is doing nothing for the employees specially when it comes to the CCEC....Read More

Here you can't fight with your manager/HoSd, they will take it as personal grudge and you will be on radar everytime they can fire you with silly reasons. No freedom of speech.
