Work Details

My work is operational. There are rotational shifts, learning opportunities are well. Used some teradata technologies, greater technology to solve the same problem are available in the market, but they are never used. Very less core development work.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
